Purchases: For Distance Learning orders, your login username and password will be sent by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. CD-ROM credit card orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Customers paying by check or EFT should allow additional time for the check or transfer to clear.

Terms of Sale-General: All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice. (1) Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a product from HMT. (2) All sales shall be deemed made in the state of Washington, USA regardless of the location of the customer. (3) Prices listed in HMT literature and web site are subject to change without notice. Prices for certain governmental, corporate or institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. (4) Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with HMT Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.

Terms of Sale for Distance Learning: (1) You must purchase time credit to use Foundation Fieldbus Concepts distance learning. (2) Instructors may use our distance learning product to prepare and present classroom lectures. (3) The multimedia content may be projected overhead in a classroom or auditorium for any number of students to view. (4) You may not make hard copies of our media graphics or create text from our audio for distribution to students or any third party. (5) You may share links to our media with your associates by copying them from within Real® player and sending an email. These links contain your account information; your time credit will be charged as third parties use your shared links (see our FAQs for more information). (6) Any unpaid access to our distance learning material is a violation of US and international copyright law. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible by law. (7) By purchasing time for our Distance Learning program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms of Sale for CD-ROM: (1) Orders may be shipped without CD-ROM key to locations where delivery confirmation is not possible (e.g. international sales). In such case, purchaser agrees to email HMT and confirm receipt of merchandise. Upon confirmation, HMT will email CD-ROM key to purchaser. (2) HMT does not collect sales-and-use taxes except for sales made to residents in the state of Washington (USA). (3) HMT shall not be liable for any products that are exported illegally outside of the United States of America. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the legality of shipping certain products internationally.

Returning Merchandise: We provide a no-risk satisfaction guarantee to our customers (USA sales only) for all of our CD-ROM tutorials. If within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it for a full refund (less postage). All returns are subject to approval by our customer service department. HMT will also replace defective media within 60 days of purchase (for all sales). We are not responsible for product abuse or misuse. The customer must contact HMT within the guarantee/warranty periods of the purchase date to return tutorials for replacement media or refund. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by contacting us through our web site, by mail, FAX or by telephone. Please include customer name and phone number, email address, the original purchase invoice number or order number, the product software key and the reason for return. The customer is responsible for including sufficient insurance on all products shipped to HMT. We are not responsible for products lost during shipment. Return shipping costs to HMT are the customer's responsibility. We will ship new media immediately on receipt of defective merchandise and refund customer return shipping costs at rates commensurate with USPS First Class (Continental USA) or USPS Air Mail (non-Continental USA).
